Repeal San Diego’s Lawless Sanctuary Resolution!
Demand Resignation and Policy Reversal in San Diego
Supervisors Lawson-Remer and Steppe have violated their oath by supporting actions that contravene federal law, risking federal charges as outlined by America First Legal's notice on December 23, 2024.
Call on Supervisors Anderson and Desmond to Reverse the Damage by repealing the Sanctuary Resolution immediately, stop funding illegal activities, cease using taxpayer funds for programs like the $5M in legal aid for illegal immigrants and the Escondido Migrant Center, and redirect all government funding, including COVID and FEMA grants, as exclusive benefits for legal residents of San Diego County only.
Contact the Board Today: Urge the San Diego County Board of Supervisors to act now to restore lawfulness and safety to San Diego. Demand a special election to replace those who have compromised the county's legal and public safety integrity.
Remember, every email, phone call, and social media post directed at elected officials counts as 1,000 constituents who feel the same way you do. Take 30 Seconds to ACT NOW and make your voice heard and counted! This is how WE RECLAIM SAN DIEGO! -Christine Reagan

Call to Action: Demand Resignation and Policy Reversal in San Diego
Urgent: Demand that Supervisors Lawson-Remer and Steppe resign, following Chairman Vargas, for passing a resolution that flouts federal and state laws. This "Trump-Proof" sanctuary policy endangers public safety and exposes county employees to serious legal risks.
Policy Reversal: Call on Supervisors Anderson and Desmond to:
Repeal the Sanctuary Resolution immediately.
Stop Funding Illegal Activities: Cease using taxpayer funds for programs like the $5M in legal aid for illegal immigrants and the Escondido Migrant Center, which could be illegal under federal law.
Redirect Funds: Ensure all government funding, including COVID and FEMA grants, benefits legal residents of San Diego County only.
Background:
On December 10th, 2024, the resolution was passed, explicitly stating the County would not cooperate with ICE, in direct violation of federal law, which mandates cooperation in immigration enforcement and criminalizes obstruction.

Happy New Year, San Diego! We have started a chat thread for this campaign. We would love to hear your thoughts and ring in the new year with real action for real impact on something that should be a high priority. As a national security analyst, I am especially concerned about reports of a joint Al Qaeda-ISIS effort to infiltrate the US through our southern border, and we've confirmed at least 1,000 operators are already in country with a 10/7 style "Homeland Plot." We must come together and secure our borders and ensure our San Diego County Officials are doing everything they can to make San Diegans SAFE! Remember, Two of the hijackers, Nawaf al-Hazmi and Khalid al-Mihdhar, lived in San Diego for a period in 2000. They were part of the group that hijacked American Airlines Flight 77, which crashed into the Pentagon. Their presence in San Diego was part of a larger network that supported them logistically before the attacks.
